This was the reason why I bought it in the first place. I wanted to see my abs and less than 100 days into the program, I am seeing them already.
I still eat junk food. I’m very honest about that. Why? Because this program does not restrict you from eating things you like. You will learn how to fit that Chickenjoy in your plan or that Big Mac. I know I did.
I have followed countless programs including Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 6-Day program and I got nothing but stressed out and burned out. The Lazy Lifter program has me working out hard and partying harder after, even on workout days.
Can’t train today? Sure, do it tomorrow. What about next week? Yeah cool. I think I’ve spent more time hanging out with my friends now than hanging out in the gym.
This was another reason for me to buy. I hate cardio. I hate plyometrics and jumping around. But hell yeah, still lost 5 lbs. and counting.
